    The Shelves are too Fragile. and it takes much too long to have them replaced by the store agents. They do not return calls on the broken items and take a long time to find the items or replace them. Please tell why this is so ????.

    Not happy with this Insignia refrigerator, makes strange noises, had door handles changed, and was off balance, had to have them come out 2x. No back covering on electric components in lower back.

    Bought it. The delivery service scratched the side deeply multiple times. There were enough room on 5 steps stairwell, but the deliver service not use any proper service. I should get credit and refund
