    I first ordered this product and the logo was badly crooked so I exchanged it. Then I received a new fridge but there is a dent in the door! I am SO unsatisfied with BestBuy and Insignia, this is my first big purchase for my new house and it's an eye sore. Now I have a brand new fridge with a dent right at eye level and I'm stuck with it. Thanks, BestBuy.

    delivery service scatched up the front of the doors while taking off the box and then replacing it the wrong way without putting the plastic bag on first.

    Actually, the purchase process of our Insignia refrigerator went very well. Unfortunately the refrigerator was delivered to our home damaged, twice. I do want to stress that the men that did the delivery both times did a great job. It seems like the quality control at the warehouse level was a big problem.

    It’s pretty but it makes constant weird noises. I don’t have faith in this refrigerator holding up a long time

    don't have any idea whether this is a good or bad refrigerator I'm still waiting for it to be delivered they gave me a window of 7am to 7 pm here it is after 7pm and i still don't have it i had to do a lot of juggling to be here and accept delivery the least you could have done was to be on time and not leave me hanging

    I am unable to give a review due to the one I ordered was damaged and did not keep a temp under 40 degrees. Had 3 refrigerators delivered and still am waiting on repairs .Had t0 order parts

    I should not need to have this serviced lease than a year after purchasing, as it keeps icing over, over freezing the fridge, and pools of water growing under the produce bins

    Very disappointed with the Best Buy service. The refrigerator arrived dented, it took about two hours for the refrigerator to enter the apartment. They charged me for installation service and all they did was plug it in. They also offered me a gif card of $100 dollars for the dent in the refrigerator and I had to call 3 times for them to send it and to this day it has not arrived. All a disaster!

    Ice forms on the freezer. Perhaps an insrallation issue but it takes weeks ti get a tech to fix it.

    We knew we bought a scratch and dent as a beer fridge. But within the first week, one of the plastic door bins broke which reduced the capacity greatly.

    This has literally been the worst experience EVER. I will be paying off my card and never shopping with you al again. I purchased a new fridge and received an old one and it has been the hardest most ridiculous time sorting it all out. Your third party situation is exhausting and your customer service SUCKS!!!!! They never followed up nor did any of the things they promised to rectify the issue.I have never been so annoyed and under valued and apprecited by a company.
