    Ice forms on the freezer. Perhaps an insrallation issue but it takes weeks ti get a tech to fix it.

    We knew we bought a scratch and dent as a beer fridge. But within the first week, one of the plastic door bins broke which reduced the capacity greatly.

    This has literally been the worst experience EVER. I will be paying off my card and never shopping with you al again. I purchased a new fridge and received an old one and it has been the hardest most ridiculous time sorting it all out. Your third party situation is exhausting and your customer service SUCKS!!!!! They never followed up nor did any of the things they promised to rectify the issue.I have never been so annoyed and under valued and apprecited by a company.

    good refrigerator. but it’s very inconvenient with the freezer on top, we constantly hit our heads I realized that it’s very convenient when the refrigerator is at eye level and you don’t have to bend over

    This refrigerator makes a horrible screeching noise most of the time. It is annoying and not normal.

    I received my refrigerator dented in several spots and scratched as well. I had removed the doors of my home and cleared a path for the old fridge to go out and the new fridge to come in. The delivery team kept making excuses to not remove the old one and bring the new one in.I finally convinced them to bring the new fridge in but even though I paid for the old fridge to be removed they refused to take it. I had to have the old fridge removed a few days later after raising quite a fuss. Even though I bought a new model I ended up with a scratch and dent model and the worst delivery service ever. Not happy.

    It make noise at night. The worse!! Havent called to see about getting it serviced been working. Hopefully once i call the problem can be resolved.

    I got Replaced because it came with broken shelves and the replacement came with broken bins problem still jot fixed

    Not a very strong Refrigerator. Only has three settings and hard to keep cold. If you want to store meats it’ll go bad sooner than if you invest in a better refrigerator. Best Buy only has 15 day return policy so beware if you don’t like your appliance you are stuck with it,

    Horrible a waste of money. I got this for my mom as a gift and its been lest then a year 2 repairs mens came to try and fix it and nothing i had to go out and buy a deep freezer cause everything been getting Spoil. So upset necer again

    The delivery of the refrigerator and the quality of the refrigerator is okay I've had no issues with it so far your delivery drivers were acceptable but customer service in your stores and your representatives online has been a hellacious experience I am not going to be coming back to Best buy to purchase any of my other appliances that I need I will go to home Depot or Lowe's

    Terrible company. Terrible service. Terrible follow up. I cant beleive the total incompetence of this company. Im letting my credit take a big hit by not paying my best buy card as a big statement of my experience. If you value your TIME WHICH IS MONEY, I WOULD AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST. DO NOT BUY FROM BEST BUY. IT SHOULD BE RENAMED WORST BUY. BUYER BEWARE.
