    I would not recommend this refrigerator. I purchased it in June and I'm having to return it today. 7 months of use and luckily Best Buy is replacing it. Great company but horrible product.

    It makes a howling noise! For the longest I thought it was an animal like a cow giving birth outside ! I’m not sure why it does that but it’s really annoying.

    Couldn't tell you about the product. The "professional" delivery folks beat it up to the point we simply had them come and return it. They were too lazy to remove the doors to correctly clear our celllar entrance and suggested we tell them it was that way when it was unboxed. No. Colossal waste of time simply trying to get an energy efficient appliance in service.

    This is our second fridge . First one was t cooling , got a replacement brand new , again same problem . Both times food completely spoiled . We are now waiting once again for a repairman or replacement a week from now . It’s been two months or more since the first one .

    This refrigerator freezes food inside. Unfortunately, the thermostat inside the refrigerator lacks a numeric indicator for the temperature setting. It only uses symbols to indicate the degree of coolness, with * representing the warmest, ** for medium, and *** for the coolest. However, it was freezing food rock solid on any setting. I do not recommend this brand. Returned.

    First order had a broke door shelf. Once I got it replaced the second one came in worse condition when I called they said I needed to wait 24 hours to be able to return and replace I don’t think I should have to replace it twice it should already come in good condition the first time not to mention the fridge don’t even get as cold as it should

    Let it sit for a couple of days with it on and nothing inside of it. Put a thermometer in it, it rarely went below 40 degrees a the max cold setting. Going to return it

    They never showed up . I will never buy anything from Best Buy ever again . I took off work so I could be here I called customer service and said they don’t know don’t know what happened. Worse company ever I will use Home Depot nest time .

    Unfortunately this product only lasted 10 months. After only 10 months of use it stopped working all together. The Geek Squad was helpfully with the warranty and replacement but it was a huge hassle to have to replace a 10 month old product.
