    You cannot deliver this fridge on July 23, 2024!!! I have tried by email and telephone calls to get this changed to August 2nd, 2024 and no response or resolution!!!

    I had to return the refrigerator. The freezer never worked and the refrigerator was only moderately cold. A nightmare of an experience purchasing, setting up, and returning 2 weeks later.

    My refrigerator is damaged on the back

    I didnt have a good excuse with the delivery because they delivery my refrigerator with a damaged on the back, I told the delivery person they took pictures and I took pictures but they didn't report it to best buy.

    "SUPPOSEDLY" attempted to deliver it three times. I paid staff overtime to stay and wait for them to deliver the refrigerator and they never showed. Took weeks to finally get the unit. UNACCEPTABLE!!!

    We ourchased this refrigerator to donate to a school parent club annd its all banged up cracked in the freezer door. Dents and the bottom fridge area doesn’t even get cold

    It had a bad motor sound soon after it was installed. As soon as possible, a Geek Squad technician came and looked at it and determined it couldn’t be fixed - so I went back to the store and ordered an upgrade brand. The manager there, Rebuin was very understanding and helpful with everything.

    Terrible delivery system . Rude and deceptive. 2 purchases and had problems on both of them. Not worth the stress. Ill pay 20 bucks more and get great delivery by home depot.
