POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

Not good

The freezer never worked and the refrigerator was only moderately cold. A nightmare of an experience purchasing, setting up, and returning 2 weeks later.

My refrigerator is damaged on the back

UNACCEPTABLE!

I paid staff overtime to stay and wait for them to deliver the refrigerator and they never showed. Took weeks to finally get the unit. UNACCEPTABLE!!!

Fridge doesnt even work

Needed a change.

As soon as possible, a Geek Squad technician came and looked at it and determined it couldn’t be fixed - so I went back to the store and ordered an upgrade brand. The manager there, Rebuin was very understanding and helpful with everything.

The door shelves break too easily

Don’t do it!

terrible delivery system

Incomplete set up

Very unsatified
