Arrived damaged / Pending new fridge

After having it for two days I noticed that there was damage to the inner wall and to the freezer. There was also the freezer shelf and a shelf in the refrigerator door that was missing. Overall it’s a pretty decent quality item. Best buy was having some communication issues regarding how we can either replace or fix the issue. The refrigerator is unavailable for exchange and if that become the last result I have to wait a few weeks in order to get a brand new one. The fridge is fully functional however I want what I paid for and that is a new fridge.

Can't get replacement parts for refrigerator
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this gridge a few years ago. I wish we hadn't. This fridge is loud and makes weird noises. Also, it's small. The worst thing about this product is that a door shelf broke in the fridge and all i wanted to do was order a new one, but customer service didn't have any in stock. They gave me a # for a company called parts store & they won't have the part in stock for another 4 months. You can order parts easily with any other brand. Frustrating.
