Bought this gridge a few years ago. I wish we hadn't. This fridge is loud and makes weird noises. Also, it's small. The worst thing about this product is that a door shelf broke in the fridge and all i wanted to do was order a new one, but customer service didn't have any in stock. They gave me a # for a company called parts store & they won't have the part in stock for another 4 months. You can order parts easily with any other brand. Frustrating.

MY WIFE AND I LOOKED AT QUITE A FEW REFRIGERATORS. IT CAME DOWN TO ANOTHER WHITE ONE, OR THIS STAINLESS STEEL ONE BY INSIGNIA. WE ARE SO GLAD WE CHOSE THE STAINLESS STEEL ONE. WE LOVE IT.

I am 24 I just bought my first home and I got this refrigerator for the house it’s great it matches all the other appliances the delivery was easy I’m very pleased.!

Excellent refrigerator for the shop employees. Plenty of storage capacity for drinks and lunches. Easy to wipe off exterior with the stainless steel finish.

I was so excited to receive this refrigerator! It is exactly what we needed. The size is perfect. The inside layout is perfect. It had everything we wanted in a refrigerator. We had to wait for a week for it to be delivered. Not a problem. That's fair. I was delivered on time by a 3-man team. They were very conscious of the wrappings and cardboard. Then I saw the dents. There were 2 large dents on the side that would be seen. I advised the one that appeared to be in charge. He told me that I don't understand the appliance business. They consider "side dents" as first quality. Then I saw the front of the refrigerator. It was scratched in multiple places on the stainless steel doors. I was then advised that this is business as normal and at least 4 our of 10 refrigerators are like this and I might be able to get a $50 gift card if I accept the damaged refrigerator. If not, it will go back to the store where it will be discounted by $100 and sold to some landlord. I would not accept the refrigerator and he took it back and ordered another one. Fast forward another week. Another scheduled delivery on a new one. I watched it being unloaded in the dark as I was the last delivery of the day. Thank goodness I had a flashlight with me. The front stainless steel doors were scratched up again. I refused to accept this one, just like the first one and was told he'll get me another one for the following week. At this time, I just cancelled my order. The following morning I tried to contact a "live" person in my local store. I was finally connected to someone in the Geek Squad department that gave me an 888 number to contact. Turns out the number was to the Best Buy Credit Card department. At this point in time, I am completely done with Best Buy. NEVER AGAIN!

The work men was excellent . They went above and beyond to install the fridge I gave them ten star.

I would let others know that if they need anything to go to Best Buy!

When I got it (Monday 28th aug 23) it already had a broken drawer but since it was a small break i just ignored it. But this morning (Tuesday 29th aug 23) i noticed that the seal of the bottom fridge wasn't correct in that it was sealing in a way that causes stress to the seal and will probably cause it to fail early the door itself has to be pushed closed and make a scrapping noise as it does and i cant tell if its because something it wrong with the hinges or if the hinges just have that mush resistance, put i assume its something wrong because of the scraping noise so idk how long this is going to work properly when at the very least something is wrong with the seal

The delivery was fine until I asked them to change the doors, then I was told it was another 80 or 90 dollars.
