The delivery was fine until I asked them to change the doors, then I was told it was another 80 or 90 dollars.

We bought the refrigerator in January. We are now in June not even five months in and it has given out the whole process to this has been a mess. We have been a week without a refrigerator with little to no help. It has already diagnosed that the compressor gave out but now they’re sending a third-party for a second opinion. Once the third-party tells geek squad, what they already know then they will order our part which will take another 6 to 7 business days putting us at two weeks and then by the time we get another appointment with the third-party, it will possibly be well into three weeks. Best Buy has been no help first time buying something from them and my last.

Just had the fridge for a little under a year. It was damaged when we received it but nothing that affected its functionality to run. Now my fridge and freezer don't get cold, due to some frion issues. Since I had geek squad insurance I called for a repair, only to be told by the repairman what I already knew. It wouldn't matter if he fixed the problem, but now he tells me I have to order a new part myself from a third party. I mean what is the point of even showing up. This being a household necessity, I would recommend to buy other brands. Poor warranty service and though not a completely bad product, it is not a dependable brand.

The ad said next day free delivery and I had to wait a week

We've had this refrigerator for just over a year and 2 of the door shelves have broken and Insignia will not cover the faulty parts. Best Buy, Insignia, and a third-party parts store were all very unhelpful. Unfortunately we are limited by pantry space on which appliance will fit and that was the primary reason we chose this one. Would not buy again.

This refrigerator has been an nightmare. It has ruined my brand new kitchen floor from continuously leaking water. It makes the loudest noises my son says it's possessed by an evil force. The sides of the refrigerator is so hot you burn your hands. I've called Insignia 6 times and they keep giving me the run around. This refrigerator also dents very easy. I will never purchase another Insignia item.

Don't know anything about the product because the delivery guys got to my house (after I had to take a day off work) and told me due to the light rain they could not deliver it. I asked them to deliver in the box and they said know they had to take it out of the box. Why you would take a brand new refrigerator out of the box, lower it on the ramp and them move it on a dolly over rough ground into a house to get it damaged is way beyond me. Looking over my delivery details it said it I could have them leave it outside if I did not want them inside. No dice. They could wait until the rain stopped to tell me they would not deliver, but they could not leave the box in front of my house. Paid a little more money to get a different one from Home Depot but at least I will get it delivered. Don't waste your time with Best Buy which can't deliver what it sells. Deal with a much more reputable company like Home Deport or Lowe's. By the way also cancelled my Best Buy credit card obtained for this purchase to pay it off over time.

I ordered this refrigerator in April as they were out of stock. It was delivered on June 6th, 2024. It stopped working (no longer cooled) June 1st 2024 when my tenant was out of town and returned to find rotten food in freezer and fridge. They offer a one year. Get this from the time you purchase it NOT from the time you receive it so not only did it not last a year, they will not stand behind there defective refrigerator. I am looking now to order a part and having trouble just finding parts chart. I'm so turned off by Best Buy. I normally purchase used refrigerator, in fact we sold our used to get this new thinking it would last as refrigerators should. VERY BAD, do not purchase. And yes I did call and let them know. They told me to call their geek repair person which I did but because I didn't have the Serial number in hand they would not schedule which they would charge $125.00 to come out. I'm so turned off to Best Buy I don't think I want to do any future business.

Works ok but was damaged is a cheap looking fridge but when you buy online cause you don't like going into the city this is what you get

Fridge had dents had to replace it. Second fridge had minor dents but we decided to keep it. Overall the fridge great! Great customer service!

When it arrived there was something broke inside. There game somebody by to take pictures. He said we get a new one. This is 2 weeks ago.

I am amazed at how many good reviews this product has, which is why I bought it with confidence. I bought the first one 2 weeks ago, and it did not cool my food. I left it plugged in for 2 days and it ended up not working properly. I contacted the store and they exchanged it for another one, supposedly better and $50 more expensive than the first one. To my surprise, this one does not work either. I called the company that makes it, and they told me to give it a few days to see if it would work. (It ended up not working properly). I ended up returning the fridge to the store and all my food in the trash.

Issuw with fridge received with broken drawers .it makes loud sounds.

Freezer works good but fridge its not as cold it should be even in highest setting.
