    We bought it last summer. It broke after 15 months of usage. Btw, our previous Kenmore worked for 15 years! The manufacturer’s warranty is 1 year only. We thought we were good because we had Geek Squad Protection Plan. That was a wrong assumption. Almost 3 weeks later and we still have a broken refrigerator. I will skip details and just say this: Never buy Geek Squad Protection Plan/Extended warranty for critical for your household appliances like refrigerator. You will be better off ( moving faster) by spending your money and hiring your own repairman or taking the loss and buying new refrigerator which for sure can be delivered to you faster than in 3 weeks and counting.

    Damage to the door, missing parts, we call and someone came out and said they would be back with the missing hardware. They have yet to return.

    There is a bid dent in the door. They sent a very rude man to check it out. Turns out they don’t have a replacement door. So we are stuck with it.

    Terrible Purchase

    We are returning this frig for a second time. It freezes in the bottom and won’t keep anything frozen in the freezer. We have lost food twice. Coming to pick it up this week. Don’t waste your time with this frig!

    It took 3 times to get one without damages. The first delivery there was damage, the second delivery there was damage. I also paid for installation and they did nothing all 3 times!!!
