They are right. It is noisy!

I got rid of my 20 year old fridge because of its noise and this is worse. That said it does seem more efficient than my old one. For the price and my lifestyle it is fine but if I was an entertainer this would be unacceptable as I don’t want my fridge to be a talking point.

Originally it was delivered with two slightly cracked shelves on the door, but that was taken care of. The fridge itself is great. Perfect fit for my galley kitchen. Great shelf space. There is a light in the freezer. Ice maker works great. People talk about this making weird noises, but mine is really quiet. You only know it's there after it makes ice. Very happy with the purchase.

A Bit Disappointed

It fits nicely in my 30" space but with a wall on one side, opening the refrigerator doors is not possible. They swing outside the 30" width and you need 31"+ for opening the door. I had no problem with my old 30" refrigerator. Zero clearance hinges are needed. I'm a bit disappointed since this refrigerator is non functional for my needs. I'm stuck.

Unsatisfied product

The delivery guy took photos & also my sister. I was told that costumer service is going to give me a call to discuss about damages. He also told me that I have the right to exchange the fridge or ask for discount since the damage happened to their end. I wanted but no one called me about it. I sent email and trying to call but no one is picking up the phone.

The fridge and freezer doors don’t close automatically. The alarm is appreciated. It’s spacious and I like the stainless steel, it wipes well.
