I like that the refrigerator has a freezer light, has enough storage space and fits prefectly. I received the first refrigerator and the freezer light did not work, second refrigerator the compressor made loud noises and the third refrigerator is working well. Customer service was great in replacing the faulty refrigerators promptly and delivery went well.

I saw the reviews for noise level and was hesistant. I don't know what they were talking about. I never notice a thing. Love the extra large freezer section. Being able to move the cheese drawer from one side of the fridge to the other is a plus. Adaptability is very convenient.

So far, so good. Seems to be functioning as expected. Downsides: The door shelves have low sides, meaning that taller beverages might fall out. The temp indicators do not have numbers, unlike some other refrigerators, meaning the exact temp is not indicated. The warranty is one year, half of what some major brands have. Hopefully it will continue working as expected for a long time.

This fridge has fit our needs perfectly! We have a space that can only hold a small fridge. This worked perfectly without being too small. The capacity is still great & it looks amazing! SUCH an upgrade!

Had to downsize from side by side to what i thought would be a really small fridge. The space is amazing for what i need. My only must have(bc i couldn't afford my other just have(water and ice)) was gallon jug storage in door. More than enough space! Looks great inside and out. The delivery guys, always, go beyond their service.

I’ve had this appliance for a few weeks now and it’s been great. Didn’t know if the front of the doors would be magnetic since most stainless steel are not, but I’m happy to say that they are.

Very spacious and quiet! I love the feature where the refrigerator beeps if you leave the fridge door open too long! With my 5 year old daughter that comes in handy! I definitely recommend getting one.

Great fridge for low price. Purchased this as my garage fridge and I’m very pleased with it. Working problem free for one year now! I was looking for a good used one but I took a chance on this new Insignia and it’s perfect for my needs. Just for garage so I don’t need all the bells and whistles, plus free delivery and Best Buy hauled away the old one. Can’t beat this deal

It is smaller than my last one that died after 20yrs but not buy much and it still does the trick! I did not get the ice maker with it but now i have come to regret that decision. Because my daughter will not fill back up the ice trays after she uses it and I always end up having to doit when i should have just paid extra for the ice maker. But I do like the alarm that beeps and tells you the door has been open too long. And I have plenty of room inside and door space so I like this replacement fridge I purchased. Looks really modern in my kitchen.

The 18 Cu Ft Insignia Top-Freezer Refrigirator is "ok" for the low price tag. However, If you are looking for a long lasting durable option then spend a couple hundred dollars more and purchase another brand. The interior door shelf pieces are made of a flimsy plastic material that easily cracks / break. The refrigerator door never stays sealed shut even after trying to adjust the bolts that a hold it to the frame. Also, the door dents easily making it look haggard beyond its life span in your house, The one positive and an important attribute is it does maintain a consistently cold temperature at an efficient energy rate and the alarm is a life savor for those who frequently leave the door open like i do. I would only recommend this for a second refrigerator option in a basement or garage
