Had to wait 3 weeks for another one to come out to my house since I live in the middle of nowhere, but once they got here, the guys that took the fridge and replaced it, did it in 10 minutes flat. I’ve never had such fast service before when moving anything in the house lol.

Once purchased you’re asked to schedule a delivery date. We did. Days later we reviewed our delivery date and saw a mistake regarding our address. To correct it they had to cancel our current delivery day and reschedule over a week later! I asked if they could call the store to have their staff physically edit the delivery papers and keep our current delivery day and they were completely unwilling to assist. With technology as their reason why they couldn’t do this, their computer wouldn’t allow the change. This is when a human touch and empathy would be nice to have in customer service and our future purchases. The delivery men were very professional and informative

It is larger than expected, in a good way. Plenty of Fridge space or all drinks and extras and the Freezer is more than enough to hold any excess meats and frozen foods. Would recommend to anyone looking for a nicer outdoor or smaller indoor fridge.
