As A Result 3Door Selves Received Cracks And Broke At Connecting Loops. Took Me 3Weeks To Get Replaced. Kudos To Max From Geek Squad & Store Mgr To Get It Resolved

I'd never purchased a fridge before, but I've made many purchases from Best Buy and am never disappointed in the quality of service they provide. I ordered the Insignia brand fridge and was able to schedule delivery, installation, and hauling away my old fridge within the week. The delivery team arrived and had to reschedule set-up due to inability to haull the old one until I took care of the old water line from the ice maker. Mean, they set up my new fridge on my enclosed porch to use. A week later, they returned to haul the old one, install the new one, and get everything ready. They were professional, patient, and a great reflection of the quality Best Buy provides in both product and service.

Allows me to shift shelves to accommodate my needs. Freezer keeps everything super frozen. Still super happy with the reasonable price!!
