    My daughter moved back home, she asked for a spot in the fridge, so we decided to get her own fridge, she loves it, a plain one, no bells or whistles, but perfect for her.

    we love the refrigerator. the only thing is I wish it was a smaller unit. we replaced a very old 10 cu. ft. in our garage for a new one. it has all the space we need.

    Super quiet fridge. I love that it has lights in the freezer and not just the fridge part. Love the look of the shelves. Has lots of door shelves which is a plus. Lots of storage! Only downside is the doors get hard to open when you shut the doors and try to reopen. I think it does that because it’s new.

    I have had this for 3 years now. The refrigerator still works. That is good. Unfortunately all of the door shelfs have broken and one of the main shelfs too.

    Honestly it's a solid well build and classy looking refrigerator. I would have given it 5 stars but the only reason I'm not is because I feel that the use of storage could have been slightly better. Don't get me wrong this fridge does have plenty of space for it's size I just wish it was better. I did buy a dented floor model and let me tell you the staff at my local Best Buy was so kind and nice enough to drop the price a little bit than what they were asking. They even covered the take-a-way fee for my old fridge. Goes to show if you're nice to people, treat them with respect you will get that in return. Thank you Best Buy for treating your customers like family!

    I purchased this fridge and it has been a disaster.  Below is a timeline of having 4 different items delivered to me because they were dented/damaged/installed incorrectly.  If you don't care about cosmetics, the fridge seemed fine operationally.  It is important to note that these units were coming out of the box damaged, they delivery people weren't damaging them on install. Several told me that it is common with these units and they actually get charged by Best Buy although they are getting them damaged. I will note that the icemaker is horrible.  It literally just fills water into an ice cube tray that then flips over when full, which while cheap, could work.  But unfortunately, it took over 3 days to fill the bin of ice. After nearly 3 months, I finally just had them return the refrigerator and refund me (which was also an entire circus).  Jan. 1 – I purchased the fridge  Jan. 10 – I received the first fridge.  This fridge was dented. They allowed me to keep it (mine was dying and I needed a new one ASAP) while they processed are placement.   Another day (I don’t have an exact date) – They delivered a second new fridge.  This one is more dented than the first.  I kept the first one until they could get another one and returned the second one. February 16 – They delivered the third fridge, which was opened in the warehouse to confirm it was not dented before delivering it tome.  However, the person who switched the doors had no idea what they were doing and the door ended up sounding like metal on metal grinding on each other and was very hard to shut.   March 11 – They came to check the doors and said that it was switched incorrectly.  I was told I needed a new fridge because there were several parts missing. I followed up with customer service, who said they could send someone else out to fix it.  I confirmed with them twice that they were going to send someone to fix it with the missing parts, not just to look at it again.  March 16 – They arrived to fix the door, but they were told that they were there to switch the door, not to do a repair.  So again, customer service didn’t know what they were doing, despite me confirming with them twice when we scheduled the appointment. The delivery folks told me that there is no way to fix it, that they need to give me a new fridge. After this I talked to a great customer service agent who knew what they were doing and was able to schedule another delivery with a new fridge.  March 22 – They arrived with the fourth new fridge, but it too is defective with warped doors (all of these came out of the box damaged).  They returned the product. I talked to customer service and they said to call the next day to process the refund. At this point, I just wanted to send this back, get my money back, and go some where else to get a different fridge.   March 23 – As instructed the previous day, I called customer service and the agent cancelled the order instead of refunding it, then put me on hold for 20 minutes, and then came back saying that there was nothing they could do except escalate it and for me to call back on Monday.   March 25- I followed up with customer service as instructed, who said they couldn't do anything because the other agent cancelled the order.  They transferred me to Geek Squad who then told me there was nothing they could do because it was outside of the return window and that I would have to go into the store. So I went into the store and the staff in store were great, however because the previous person cancelled the order, they could only do a return and schedule a pickup for the fridge and told me I have to come back to the store with the icemaker to get that refunded, along with the other service fees.   March 27 – They came to pick up the fridge but the refund was not processing.  I received a receipt saying the delivery of the fridge was completed and to enjoy my new item.  March 30 - Since I still hadn't received the refund, I went into the store and also took the icemaker with me as instructed.  Finally, the manager was able to sort everything out and get me my refund.

    Great fridge, works perfect. Delivery team was awesome. Sales person was great and very helpful answering all our questions, looked up info for us etc. Only problem was actually getting someone to help. There are next to no employees in store and that has been the case the last several times we were there.
