I had them come out to reverse the doors, now the fridge sounds like metal is rubbing on metal when I open and close the door. It also makes a clunk. Trying to get through to cust support 2 1/2 wait they say!

Turned out to be very spacious and excellent refrigerator for our needs. Big shelfs on the door are a plus for many gallon bottles.
