My refrigerator gave out , I applied for credit and was approved right away. The employee that helped was excellent and I purchased a fridge at a great price.

Once i pulled out of box i realized there is no plate covering machanical parts at bottom of fridge! Called cause had to be a mistake.. nope does not come with a vent plate just open exposed parts. Concerning when you have pets so now i pull it out once a week to vaccum behind and make sure parts are clear. Works well but that is a concern for me. Got coverage so fingers crossed!

Best Buy service is quick and efficient as always which is why I keep coming back as a repeat costumer. As a property manager is used to turn to Lowes and Home Depot for all appliance needs. Since finding better appliances with Best Buy at a better price and WAY better service I haven't even looked back. Best Buy will continue to gain my business.
