First one I received delivered and paid for by my home warranty company. The freezer compartment worked wonderful but the refrigerator would not hold a safe temperature unless it was cranked up all the way on high. Best buy had a technician. Come and check it out. Not fixable and absolutely no parts available for this model so they replaced it with another one. Same model, same brand and it's doing exactly the same thing! Freezer works great. Refrigerator will not hold safe cold temperature unless it is on the highest setting possible on this unit.
