Scratch new refrigerator

He seem like he was in a rush. I didn't notice scratch on refrigerator until I arrived back home to place food in it causes he told me I had to wait 4 hours till I could put food on.

Was advised to return to store, howver no guranteee I would leave wirh same friday same day. Id have to wait DAYS to get a new one :) also, purchasing geek squad insurance doesnt “cover things like this” is what I was advosed.

This is a great Refrigerator!

Delivery tech was quick to point out it had a 4" dent in the freezer door before bringing inside. He took a picture of the dent and asked if I would like a new door or I could keep the door and receive money back. I chose to request a replacement door since the dent was in a very obvious spot. They installed the new fridge with the dented door and a week later they delivered a new door and swapped it out. The bins in the doors are big and I love the deep bin at the bottom of the door to store dressing and condiments on. It's nice that the bins are clear, it allows you to view what's in them. I gave it a 4 star rating on quality only because the bins/drawers are thinner and might not be as durable as ones I'm use to. The bright light in the freezer is awesome, first time we've had that! We also like the clean lines without handles sticking out. I also want to say it is a very quiet running refrigerator.
