The fridge works great, it was the effort to get the four bolts to install the handles that has reduced this rating. Getting them was hard because they wanted me to return it and have a new one delivered...all that just to have four bolts "possibly" included in the new delivery when the original fridge was fine. Finally, Insignia CS understood what I needed and sent one bolt. It took another call to get the other three. Obviously, this is Rocket Science.

Spacious and unexpectedly quiet. The lifespan may be shorter, but it's definitely worth more than the price. Everything—from buying it, being contacted by Best Buy for delivery, to having it delivered to the third floor without an elevator and hauling away the broken one—was as smooth as it could be. Very satisfied.

Needed an additional refrigerator and this one is serving its purpose. Runs very quiet, efficient and no issues to date. I am pleased with this purchase.

Good size for the garage! Took several days to get to optimal cooling but seems to be regulated now but not on the recommended temperature setting. Bit freezer and refrigerator have temps lowered to cool & freeze at the desired temperatures.

Bought this fridge for additional cold/freezer storage at our camper. Was impressed with how much capacity it has, and the quality for the price. Super quiet when it runs, can’t even tell it’s on. Highly recommend!

I am very pleased with .y new refrigerator. Not only does it look great in my kitchen but it works flawlessly. With all the room I have in there, I have no problem getting all my food in there now . I am very pleased with my new refrigerator.

Got this so that way we had an extra refrigerator in the upstairs part of the house. Works like a dream and runs great. Fits nicely into the laundry room with plenty of space to hold all the extra stuff for the kids and grandparents that live on the second floor without them having to come down stairs all the time.

I would definitely recommend this product for an affordable small kitchen refrigerator. I did have the older model for about 3 years and it died on me so, hopefully this one works to its potential so far so good.

Good space easy to find items inside without issue

Thus far this fridge has exceeded expectations. Functions well, very spacious and nicelt designed/lay out. However time will tell fully.

So my 1956 Frigidaire died. How dare it after 68 years! Sadly I had to start shopping for a new fridge. Price was a major concern, so I googled refrigerators in my area. Was kind of shocked on how much they are now. I saw this one pop up, and honestly.. I hadn't even though about Best Buy. I'm in Omaha, so we tend to go with NFM for the best deal. The normal price was way cheaper than them, AND... it was on sale at $100.00 off. I had concerns about a house brand, but it was better than expected. We'll see how many years I get out of it, but so far, it's FANTASTIC. Also, the delivery people were so good, and I'm so impressed with this fridge, I will be buying from Best Buy in the future.

We had an older refrigerator in our basement for extra storage and to keep soda and water bottles cold. It was time to replace it and we wanted to downsize. I looked at the Best Buy options and at the moment this one fit our budget. So far we are Extremely happy with our purchase !! Even though it is smaller than the old one, there is plenty of room, it will hold a 32 pk of water and still be room on the shelf. It has an adjustable shelf in the freezer and lots of room in the door as well. It runs quiet and the recommended settings are perfect. Overall if I had to pick one again, I’d choose this one again !!

Best price we could find anywhere for a basic refrigerator with a good sized freezer. Great second refrigerator!

I absolutely LOVE this refrigerator. It is roomy in freezer and fridge. Looks beautiful and the price was astoundingly low. A friend of mine recently bought a fridge at 5 times this price and mine is actually nicer and has more room. Amazing!!! Highly recommend.
