This thing is rock solid to charge up my iPhone without issue but plug into my iPad and it drains this thing pretty quickly. And I'm talking within 60 minutes and it won't charge the iPad that well, maybe an extra 10%. I returned it because I need it to charge the iPad as much as I need the phone charged. If your need is just an phone, think this product is good enough and I wouldn't spend more on a bigger brand name. If you're need is at least an iPad I would hunt around for something better and stronger.

Sometimes it holds the charge and slowly charges the phone and sometimes doesn't but it is always slow at charging unlike the one I had for years and finally died.

However, I got a defective one which I sent back. I asked if I can get a replacement unit but was told I will just be refunded. I had it plugged in all day yesterday, but it still has only one blue power light flashing. All four would mean it's full. I've only charged it twice before it stopped working. On top of that, previously I thought I could give my phone some juice. The battery pack appeared to be working, but ultimately the phone was still about to die. I'm also quite upset that I can't return it; I thought Best Buy would have a better and longer return policy.
