Needed a small tv as a replacement for a broken set. Size is perfect and price was what I expected to pay. Would have paid a little more for a different brand but none were available locally - did not want a Vizio. The remote control is awkward to use because it is on the longish side to for in some DVD controlling buttons. There is a really long delay time between pushing the channel buttons and when the channel switches. The power on has to be pushed several times and the wait is long before the set turns on. I need to check the manual- maybe I'm not operating it correctly. Overall, this unit is good for my kitchen space since I spend a lot of time there.

It takes several seconds befoe it shows a picture and the screen says "Please wait". This could be a cable issue, not a tv issue but my other TV doesnt have this issue. Also, there is absolutely no click or sound when turning on or off the TV and its cable box. I have to watch the lights go from red to green.

Purchased for use as a monitor for desktop that will liely be replaced soon for a laptop when PC monitor died. Connected easily to PC and picture is very clear. The only issue, whic is minor, is that the angle when using as a monitor is not optimal and the position of the base mounting cannot be adjusted.

I installed this unit on the wall across from my bathtub and adjacent to the counter in my bathroom. Previously I had a small 9 inch screen unit on the counter. The quality and sound production far exceed my old unit and encourage me to spend more time in the bathroom, shaving, grooming and bathing.

This 19 inch tv has great quality image and sound. Easy to install and easy to connect to. Great for my small bedroom.

A great entry level HDTV. Insignia is a high quality Best Buy store brand with impressive features in a small package. The small screen size is both an advantage and disadvantage but still a good choice for a kitchen, small bedroom, or den. As with any HDTV, you'll need a decent antenna, cable, or satellite connection. Works great with Roku w-fi receiver for internet movie streaming too.

The tv is a good television for the price you purchase it for. It works well for any room. It can also be connected to your computer to view images or videos from computer at a bigger size.

We bought this TV for a dorm room and it's perfect for that purpose. We just attached the cable and plugged it in and it worked great. You will need a small phillips screwdriver to attach and adjust the base of the TV so it tilts properly.

We use these TV's around the TV station to monitor our off-air signals. Good Pix for what we are using it for. The main problem is when we go off the air for maintenance and our transmission signal is lost, the TV does not remember our (or any other missing signal) channel and we must rescan.

I am a retiree on a limited budget and needed a second TV in my exercise room.. I connected it to my DVR/VCR and happily play my yoga tapes everyday. All this for just under $100! I was pleasantly surprised!!!. For a second TV or a kid's room this is a good set. The picture is not real big but good for my purposes. .

I own 4 insignia televisions. 2 small & 2 large. To be honest, this is the 2nd time that I have had trouble with one of the smaller ones. They do not seem to be as durable as I expected.? They (the 19") are fine for every day use, but I would have expected them to last longer than 4 or 5 years. Picture & sound quality seem to be on par with most other brands, AND they are priced right. I would recommend these to friends because of the price, but I would also point out the questionable reliability of this product. I hope these comments help.

This is a great little bedroom or kitchen TV. It is extremely light weight and took less than ten minutes to set up.

Purchased tv to replace one that died in my office. For the price thought quality might be off, I was wrong !!! Great picture and sound for a small tv.

We were looking for an inexpensive TV for the kitchen and this one was a great find. Picture is good quality and the installation was done in less than a half an hour. We used the Rocketfish Under-Cabinet mount and it looks great.

Bought this on sale for my uncle who needed a small and simple tv for his room. This tv was great for that. It small enough to fit in his small room and the picture was still great. The only problem was switching channels was a bit slow but other than that, it's a great tv for less than $100.

Bought this TV for me and my girlfriend because her bedroom TV was broke. Fits perfectly in dresser and takes up next to no space. Super light and picture quality is good. The sound could be a little louder but over all I love it:)

Excellent tv at a really good price. Works great for a bedroom tv. Big enough to watch but not overpowering.

Very nice for the bedroom for which this was purchased. Can't seem to get connected to the stereo by the headphone, but I haven't purchased the exact cable for that. Adjusted the picture and sound for my personal preference and enjoy the time off feature and ease of use with the remote.
