This was for my aunt that is in a care home and the max size TV they can have is 19.

When you turn it on the picture does not come on. have to move the channel up or down to get the picture to come on. then when the picture comes on after a while the picture goes off but the sound still is on. the picture and sound are good when it stays on. Would not recommend buying this you get what you pay good price bad cheap TV.
