Poor Service on Incorrect Product

Salesman knew to supply Smart TV’s only. This is NOT a smart tv. Have attempted contact to Best Buy, so far still waiting for the return call. Another Rip-off program

They advertise that purchased outside Best Buy will be covered but that is not the case. BB will set appointments for repair but when arrive they will not repair. The program does not work and is a rip-off. Save your hard earned dough.

We bought in the end of March because of the price and size. No volume on certain channels. And now some channels are in Spanish. No fixing this.

Best Buy is turning into the Worst Buy.

He was going to charge me $200 to come and get it. So I am a very small 90 lbs and 5 ft tall 76 yr old woman and he made me so angry I dragged that thing out to my car and took it back.
