    Pretty tiny TV's. A 19" flat screen TV is MUCH MUCH smaller than a 19" tube TV.

    It's a fine TV. However, the sound isn't very loud. It has to be turned up very high and each number increment doesn't really raise the volume very much.

    Bought multiple Smart TV’s in one order. Salesman knew to supply Smart TV’s only. This is NOT a smart tv. Have attempted contact to Best Buy, so far still waiting for the return call. Do business with this group with High Caution, better yet, don’t shop there at all

    Another Rip-off program

    The program does not cover most repairs only ones that are in warranty. They advertise that purchased outside Best Buy will be covered but that is not the case. BB will set appointments for repair but when arrive they will not repair. The program does not work and is a rip-off. Save your hard earned dough.

    I would give this a zero if I could. Do not buy this. We bought in the end of March because of the price and size. No volume on certain channels. And now some channels are in Spanish. No fixing this.

    My 40 inch Insignia quit working after 2 weeks then the man on the phone fought with me for a half hour claiming there was no record of it. He was going to charge me $200 to come and get it. So I am a very small 90 lbs and 5 ft tall 76 yr old woman and he made me so angry I dragged that thing out to my car and took it back.

    The first one we purchased stopped working after about a month. we have had the 2nd one several weeks...so far so good. We have ours in the kitchen, which may not be a good idea,
