    Unfortunately the speaker went on the TV - static and crackling and I have had it under a year. The volume has never been above 30 (it's in my small workspace) so it wasn't blown due to use.

    Delivered on Nov 4, 2021, put into service Nov 9, 2021 and refused to turn on Jan 1, 2023. One year warranty. Was on my kitchen counter and did not get used much. Disappointing.

    Sold me an open box without a remote to the tv. They never checked and now the television just sits and collects dust now. It’s not even usable

    The sound is somewhat mushy. This is EXACTLY the same brand/make/model it replaced. The former set had the plcture suddenly go out after 2 years, but the sound was crystal clear.

    Bought three of these in 2022. All three have had issues. One gave out a few weeks after the warranty, and the other two had issues with the HDMI ports, where they stopped working. Luckily there were other ports, so I could still use the TV.

    Absolutely 0 rating if they let me. I am so upset with this tv. It is not only so light weight you could blow it over, it has a terrible sound if you turn it up at all. Thing is you would need to turn it way up (70) to hear it. It is a piece of junk! And it is so tiny it doesn't even look like a 19" more like 13". Worst part, I am not capable of being able to bring it 2 the store and they won't even come pick it up. I'm so sad for this to be a waste of money that I can't afford to waste.

    Bought it in March - mother board stopped working in April, and BestBuy will not replace the TV, sent service, ordering parts, we are left with no TV going on week 3.

    Light weight and just the right size for my guest room. Easy installation…I’m 77 and it was simply a plug in install. Great picture and sound! Great price too! I highly recommend it.

    Garbage tv i bought. By the time Im able to use the tv enough to find out…im couple weeks past the return. Guess itll make a good “gift” for my next enemy. Hot garbage. If your looking for a noce tv this size i saw a nice smart tv. Same size about $20 more maybe at camping world. Wish id have known

    TV is a piece of junk. I was replacing the same brand that went bad. The new one was even worse. The tuner does not allow for all stations and the picture turns black after 20 minutes.

    Loved this TV for 5 weeks until it froze up and will not work at all! Took it to the store where I bought it on Feb 18 and was told it was too late to return it to Best Buy; must deal with Insignia by phone.

    This TV only lasted 5 months! I had to purchase another TV in December 2020. Bought the Insigna Ju,y 2020. Is there a mfg. warranty? It just stopped working Raking. The screen went black. Nothing. Had a repair look at it who said it’s shot!

    Did not learn until returning the product that this TV is not a Smart TV; therefore, could not get it to work with Roku. Not a problem as I purchased a slightly larger ROKU TV.
