    This is the 3rd Insignia 19" I have in 4 years. The power supply does not last, it is cheaper to buy a new one than have it repaired. Hopefully this one will last longer.

    Not bad for an opened box purchase

    It is ok, but have had issues with the speakers and sound. But I purchased an open box item without realizing that it was going to be something that was returned and may not work as well as a new in the box item.

    The item is fine, my issue is that the box had been opened and the item appeared to have been used and the leg stands were missing. All of the bags inside were torn open.

    When I received the TV. it didn't with a manual and the screws were missing too. The TV was on sale with a good price and the TV works very well.

    This tv didn't have user friendly leg stands, 1 was hard to get on the other didn't fit. Had to take it back! 2 trips for nothing, wanted this for porch use. I would have kept it if the store had a way to put them on but didn't. Can you believe it, these days suck, cheap stuff.

    TV was "open box" purchase. opened box a few days ago, and haven't had a chance to play it. However, discovered that "legs" and screws were missing, if possible, can those be sent? Thanks.

    'Junk' after just two years

    The input and control functionality of this Insignia model NS-19D310NA21 TV began to breakdown after ONLY two years of use. Started with the IR receiver working only intermittently, to not at all. As a work-around, I connected an external tuner 'box' via the AV inputs to be able to control the channels and volume functions. That worked for a couple weeks. Then the AV inputs developed glitches; starting with crackling noises on the audio, to shortly after, the TV not recognizing that the AV input was connected at all. Then finally even the set's On/Off power button (the ONLY button) did not function. Over the years I have owned TVs made by Toshiba, Sanyo and Samsung, that all worked perfectly for 15 to 20+ years, and were still working when I took them to the recycle center. I can only conclude that these Insignia sets are manufactured with significantly inferior components or workmanship. Perhaps that is what one might expect when purchasing an inexpensive (cost $80, 11/2021) TV.

    Had this TV for around 2 years. Nice picture, weak speakers. Got used to it. Backlight went out suddenly a couple days ago (could still see the video by shining flashlight at the screen; reset didn't help). I know it was not an expensive TV but 2 years? I've never has a TV fail that quickly. And of course I didn't buy the extended warranty (I always wonder why a store believes I need the extended warranty). Now I know.

    Don't Buy- if it breaks, you're out of luck

    Do not buy this TV. The sound on mine started shorting out after about 6 months, and went out completely by 7 months. Went to Geek Squad for repair/replacement/refund, assuming naively that there would be basic warranty backup at 7 months. I was told they could do nothing for me if I hadn't bought the warranty (who would think to do this for a $79 product?). The Geek suggested trying to contact Insignia. But if Insignia is a Best Buy house brand, why wouldn't Best Buy back up their signature products? Very disappointing experience with the product and the company.

    Remote sensor stopped working at about 18 months and then after another month would not turn on at all. This replaced another Insignia tv that lasted many years. Very disappointed!
