Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.A cable was missing to connect TV. Had to call Spectrum for help. Have a voice on TV that comes on every time we change channels or change volume. Very irritating. How do we get rid of voice?

I bought a Insignia™ - 19" Class N10 Series LED HD
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought a Insignia™ - 19" Class N10 Series LED HD TV Model:NS-19D310NA21 SKU:6394757 I want to use it with an antenna first I bought an Best Buy essentials™ - Thin Film Indoor HDTV Antenna - Black/White Model:BE-ANT200HA SKU:6454218 Did a channel search and got zero channels. Took the antenna back to best buy and exchanged it for Insignia™ - Indoor HDTV Antenna - Black Model:NS-ANT314 SKU:8233003 I thought an Insignia Antenna should work with an Insignia TV. Did a channel search and got zero channels. Also it broke. Why?

RIP OFF

Three weeks after purchase this TV quits working. Best Buy stated the screen shows it got a hit. The screen showed no damage . Nothing happened to that TV in 3 weeks. Their ‘Warranty’ doesn’t cover a hit to the screen. BUT they kept it and said it’s repairable- just not for me under warranty. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM BEST BUY AGAIN.

Absolute junk--two TVs lasted less than one year
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I want to warn anyone against buying this. It lasted 9 months and then stopped working. The replacement made it 10 months and then would freeze up about 20 seconds after turning on and you couldn't change the channel or volume without unplugging it and starting over. A total waste!

Legs fragile
