Had a whine

I came in looking for laptop speakers, and he was not only impressively professional and knowledgeable but also genuinely focused on helping me find the right product—not just the most expensive one. He asked smart questions about my setup, what I’d be using the speakers for, and what features mattered most to me. Because of that thoughtful approach, I ended up with the Insignia 2.0 Bluetooth Lighted Speaker System—and I couldn’t be happier. These speakers are exactly what I was looking for. The sound quality is excellent—clear, full, and much better than I expected for the price. The Bluetooth pairing is easy and works seamlessly, and I love that they have lights I can set to purple (yes, purple!), so they match my desk pad which also lights up in purple. They look great on my desk too and don’t take up any space. I really appreciate being able to go in and get expert sales assistance without any pushy sales tactics or overboard upselling. Hari made the entire experience smooth and helpful. If you want honest, knowledgeable help and gear that actually fits your needs, ask for Hari at the Heritage Trace Pkwy Best Buy. And if you're in the market for desk speakers, definitely check out the Insignia 2.0 system—they sound great!

Fair, not happy with the speakers

Waste of money

They have a buzzing sound which I thought had to do with bluetooth and/or my PC audio out. So I was just using them with my headphones. So today I purchased a new high end gaming PC and realized it's these speakers that are defective from day one. And now they cut in and out. Waste of money.

Luckily I got the 2YR replacement plan. Don’t buy this item without the warranty . You won’t regret it .

Constant sound issues, not even decent sounding when they do work. Horrible Bluetooth connectivity, too.

I am surprised they sound like this and they are tuned to favor clarity and airiness like they are. It's a bit different than I expected given a typical consumer tuning is more warm and muddy. These are crisp and yet also provide a nice little punch - very impressive for the tiny size. I think they did an excellent job with the sound on such a small driver and the bluetooth connectivity is flawless. Very attractive with the lights as well. I really don't know why they sell these so cheap with the quality they have. Well done.

Then crackled next time and couldnt get steady connection. Very poor for a bluetooth speaker.
