Overall, this is a good product for the money, but I have had better at a similar price.

The bass is not extreme, ut the overall sound quality is great, recommend for a medium sized (300 sq ft) room maximum

I wanted to like this soundbar, but it's been pretty disappointing overall. The Bluetooth connectivity is unreliable - it frequently disconnects or struggles to pair, which defeats the purpose of a wireless soundbar. Even when it is connected, the volume output is underwhelming. At max volume, it's still not very loud and doesn't fill the room the way you'd expect. Sound quality is just okay at best, with limited bass and little depth. It's fine for basic TV audio, but not much of an upgrade over built-in TV speakers. For the price, I expected better performance and more consistent connectivity. I wouldn't recommend this if you're looking for strong sound or dependable Bluetooth.

Best soundbar in my opinion WOW! Would by more for my other tv’a at home.

Sound was fine, technically capable product with nice features. The deal breaker for me was the bright red standby light that comes on when turned off. It was for a bedroom and needed to put tape over it or the while room lit up red.

I often have to power it off then power it back on in order for it to work. When it is working, it works very well!

Seems all good will use it soon. Kid getting it for Christmas.

Want stay connected. Also will turn off on it own and want connect back. When it works it sounds good.

This unit, when installed with a Insignia TV obstructs the IR for the remote control.

Mediocre at best. The sound is alright, but it doesn’t work with the Apple TV so now I need to hold two remotes.

The functionality of this thing is quite irritating, especially if using bluetooth. This is in my bedroom and it has a fun thing where it announces what it's doing, which you can eventually turn off. However with bluetooth pairing it will always announce in high volume if it's pairing, disconnected or otherwise. Which is great for waking up significant others when you turn the TV off at night. Additionally had a lot of issues keeping this paired to the TV, sometimes it just stops working and requires a complete power down for 30 seconds to even start working again. I decided to run an optical cable, and it does work better, but still requires ocassional power disconnects as the entire system just hangs out of nowhere.

This soundbar sucks which is why it’s so cheap probably. It connected just fine to my TV for the first week & then randomly refused to connect after that. The manual doesn’t tell you how to troubleshoot it. Will likely return

It sounded OK, but I had bad connection issues with the TCL Roku TV. I bought a TCL sound bar for a little bit more and it works great and sounds better.

Didn’t play sound loud like I thought it would, tv played louder without the sound bar

After tweaking every setting inside my Roku tv, plus every setting on this sound bar, I can confidently say this soundbar is trash. It doesnt matter what mode or setting you use, this thing causes music to blast you into oblivion and dialogue to sound like mumbling. I got it on sale for only $37 and it’s so bad I am still going to spend the time and energy to return it

Great for Music Listening with the bluetooth I can easily connect my phone to the device and stream music while working in my office which is perfect since I have all my music on my phone. The sound is rich and clear for the size, fits easily on the desk, or if you are fancy the wall with an included template to make mounting easier. Once I complete my office remodel I'm definitely thinking of doing that to place the soundbar at ear level for the best Music experience I can get. But for now its great for music and on the few occasions I have connected it to my PC via optical to watch a movie and while not a full blown sound 5.1 the movie/tv shows/youtube were much better then my headphones, at least in getting that full room sound going. Overall this is a great little soundbard and I could see it replacing TV speakers for sure allowing for better sound, and is great for parties when you want some music and people what to use their playlist for variety, they can just connect via Bluethooth and stream. Overall I'm really happy with this and the use case I'm using for it.

It would not stay connected to the tv and everytime the OK button on the tv remote was pressed it would go through the connection options.

Ordered this item and the roadie canceled. After much back and forth I was told maybe the item was damaged. I reordered and once again roadie canceled. Customer service cannot tell me what’s happening so right now no item and no refund as they must get the item back before crediting. Awful! Awful customer service
