The return was handled seamlessly, though. I appreciate that!

The remote that comes with the bar bis NOT available separately. And my TV remote wouldn't control it either. I spent days talking to BEST BUT, Time Warner, Insignia and others. Never could find a second remote for volume control. It was returned.
