It shipped quickly and appeared to be fine. I opened it up and found it was missing the AC adapter! Well just so happens I have a ton of adapters laying around so I found one that worked and powered it up. Connected via bluetooth from my phone and no sound! Connected with RCA cables, again no sound! Optical cable, no sound... So I took it to my local Best Buy and returned it, and got a new unit instead. The new unit worked fine. So lesson learned.

However the speakers face outwards, which instantly improves the audio quality of the TV to which it is connected. No option to adjust or customize audio settings. No automatic switching among audio sources.

It sputters sound and is tinny when used. I used it for about 5 minutes before I packed it in a box and sent it back to Best Buy. Pay a few extra bucks and get a decent sound bar.

But when I switch to Netflix or an app then the sound bar doesn’t work. I keep calling Best Buy to get help but no one will pick up and being put on hold for 20 minutes. I’ve called 5 times so far and can’t get help.
