Got it on sale when it was really cheap, and don't feel like wasting time to send it in to be fix. Wouldn't recommend unless you plan on putting in a garage and don't mind if it goes out in a few weeks or months

Also one of the cables they supply with it is bad quality..... it lightly buzzes when hooked up forcing the buyer to use the other ways to connect the unit to the tv even if it's not the preferred method.

The remote is sketchy. Press mute and then volume up/down and you will get different results. Sound from this is tin can like, or like your in a box.

Right now the soundbar is collecting dust, waiting until someone visits who will install it for me. Sorry, but BB doesn't have customer service for me and this item. :-(
