Like listening through a tin can. The movie i played through it made the speakers sound like they were blown. I dont know if they were I do know the sound was bad. I never turned it up loud either mainly because it sounded so goofy.

Gradually over time it lost volume. By the time I figured out it wasn't working well it was over a year old and out of its warranty or return period. Unusual for Best Buy, this one was a dud.

It wont enhance your TV speakers, and there are way better options for listening to music with louder volume and better sound. I returned after one use, first insignia product I've had a bad experience with.

We tried going back to TV sound and no such glitches occurred, so we could assume only that it was the fault of the sound bar and not the channel or program.

The next day tried it again and no sound at all. Tried all 3 different audio connections, re-setting the unit, everything, nothing works. Also, since I didn't try until after 14 days, no return or exchange.
