good sound but very weak remote control
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.the product manual says you must be within 20 feet for the remote control to work the sound bar. Well, not this one, you have to be within 5 feet or less. Its going back.

Posted .Thank for reviewing this soundbar. However let me remind you that if the product is not what you expected you can always take advantage of Best Buy's holiday return period. If the product that was purchased after October 30th 2016 you have until January 15 2017 to return it at your local Best Buy store with your receipt. -Elsa A. Insignia Support.

Thought I was getting a bargain

I hooked every thing up properly and turned on the sound bar. I could not hear any thing at first so I turned the volume up. I literally turned the volume all the way up and I could barely hear it. The speaker on my cheap cell phone was literally just as loud as the sound bar. This did not work well at all and I would not recommend wasting your money. Spend a few more dollars for something that actually works.

The sound on my television is louder than this speaker. I tried hooking it up to my Dish Receiver and my television but the sound level is so poor. The sound bar's bluetooth will not recognize any cell phone, tablet, or iPod in my house. I wish I could return it.

Upset
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I just picked up the sound bar, hooked it up, started watching Netflix, then after I paused and went back to watch it the sound bar didn't work anymore. I tried turning on and off and it still didn't work. Checked the settings and everything was good. Only used it for 20 min and that was it. Highly upset.

Junk sale

I got a no sound sound bar for $50.00 and a 50 mile round trip journey to get it. This speaker should have come out of a Cracker Jack box. Don't waste your time.

Power will not turn on!
