With the sound bar the volume has been greatly reduced, this person can understand programming and the volume is more comfortable for others.

It's a sound bar

It does what it's supposed to do well which is replace the less than almost not so good, cheap speakers manufacturers stick in TVs. We're pleased with it.

Good upgrade to tv speakers

The tv speakers sounded very small as you would expect. This enhances the sound and dialogue significantly. A good upgrade to the tv speakers but of course never a replacement for a true home theater setup.
