Disappointed...Even with Low Expectations

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I wasn't expecting a lot due to the low price point and wanted to love this because the sound quality is actually pretty good for the price BUT I have tried to connect this bar with several different brands of optical cables, and none will stay connected. This is either due to the placement of the jack or a defective jack (these cables fit just fine into the Insigna Fire Edition television I'm using the bar with). I've connected the unit via bluetooth but cannot fix the audio delay despite repeating the audio sync as well as trying to adjust the delay manually in the sound settings. Very disappointing.
