Initially I thought there is a problem with the remote, but it turns out there is a delay of 20 to 30 seconds before the soundbar would turn on. It is a bit annoying. Otherwise, the soundbar works fine

I can not return the item because I bought it a month ago and the return policy it 15 days. Don't waste your money on this product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend easy to hook up and just what I needed

This is a tv that's not "smart" or hooked to the internet. Just for Blue-Ray/DVD play. This sound bar fit the bill perfectly and could be hooked up "old school" with cables.
