The buttons on the remote are completely unresponsive. I have to hit the power button at least 20 times on the actual soundbar to turn it on or off. It turns itself on randomly. Avoid this soundbar like the plague.

I have been trying to get it to work all day today. There is sound coming out of the speakers, but you can barely hear it. Ether I got a bad soundbar or this thing is a piece of junk. There is no amplified sound at call. If all the soundbar of this model are as bad as the one they shipped me DO NOT buy it. 7/2/2020

Over the course of an hour, it was shutting off and changing it's connection channels, over, and over, and over! Took it back for a full refund!

The remote is a useless piece of plastic, it hasnt worked for more than a few minutes since I took it out of the box. Now the buttons on the side of the bar don't work either. If I hadn't disposed of all the packaging I would take this thing back to BestBuy and get a refund on what little I did spend on it. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.

It didn't really make the sound louder or improve it by any means. I usually love Insignia products, so I was quite disappointed.

Unboxed and did not work. Store closed 3/20/20. Could not return, till store opened 3 weeks ago. Was given store credit not my money back, told corp. policy for corona was items returned before June 7th got refunds and beyond that date store credit. Does not say a thing about these dates anywhere on website. Nice. So i return 5 days after the 7th apparently and get credit. Credit I dont need. I want my money back for a defective item not a credit. Very sleazy Best Buy. Ill shop amazon for now on.

The sound out of it is slightly over modulated. I’ve been playing with various settings on both the TV and the soundbar, and have it to where it isn’t as noticeable.

Not too great alone

The sound is quite and then loud. Maybe distributed with more speakers it wouldn’t do this? I wouldn’t recommend it by itself
