Boat Anchor

Been working fine till today wouldn't turn on again so I put in another battery well that didn't help. The lights come on but no sound even when I try manually so it seems I have a small boat anchor. This worked for me really liked it seems like it should last longer than 6 months. Don't think I will recommend this

HORRIBLE! DO NOT BUY!

I was watching my favorite show and out of nowhere the bottom part of the screen goes dark and a screensaver appears. Nothing I tried would get rid of it. To top it off, I call Bestbuy Snellville, GA, where I purchased it to seek advice. I was put on hold for ONE HOUR! No one answered the phone! Shameful! I am returning both items I purchased. I WILL NEVER SHOP AT BESTBUY AGAIN.

Cheaply made

The remote that came with it is like a plastic toy made-in-China in the 90s. I can't even get it to turn on half the time since there is no switch on the speakers themselves. It's only $45 so not a big deal, but just don't bother with it.

The guy brings it out to the car and the box is beat to high heaven. The guy says sorry about the box but it was inspected and everything is ok. I get it home and take it out of the box. There’s a chunk missing from the plastic, and the power supply was split in two

The unit won't even pair in bluetooth mode now. It wasn't very expensive, nor did I expect it to last forever, however lasting 5 months just bothers me. The sound bar was glitchy at various times during normal use, I should have expected this to happen.
