    Terrible- barely worked, and only for a few months. I set it up Nov 2020, used it sporadically, and it has already died. I moved it to another TV to be certain. No dice : (

    It worked once I connected to TV but then a week later it stop working. So I replace the optical wire and it still did not work. It had a hissing sound. I returned it yesterday.

    Had it for 7 months and it stopped working. Tried using AV cables instead of optical, still no sound. The remote turns it off and on but no sound coming from unit. Tried using buttons on the side, still no sound.

    We couldn’t get it to synce with our TV. When we went to return it there was one sitting behind the counter already returned. Spend a little more to get a better sound bar.

    Really really bummed. Purchased this unit as a Christmas gift and it came without the required power adapter packed. Useless. Inexcusable on the part of the manufacturer.

    I honestly wouldn’t buy it , I bought it thinking it would work great but NO it cuts off every 30 minutes and a hour. At times it won’t even shut on. I’d say no thank you and just buy something else.

    I purchased one...it wouldn’t connect to my tv with the cords. I returned and got another one and it would only connect via Bluetooth...returned it also...don’t waste your money or time!

    I returned this sounsound bar. My TV sound is far better. Also, the lips of the actors would move 3 seconds before the sound came out of the soundbar. It was like watching old Godzilla movies!

    We got it to work and the sound was good but everytime we turn the tv off and on we have to go into the controls and reset. We don't bother with it anymore. Wasted money.

    It is sort of complicated to use. After about 7 or 8 months of having it, and we rarely used it, the item now makes a loud buzzing sound when it’s turned on.

    Problems from the start. Instructions seemed simple but actual connectivity and use was complicated somehow. Very tech savvy and could NOT get it to work.

    This sound at was never loud from the beginning and has stopped working completely now. This is very disappointing since it has been just a few months since purchase.

    Wouldn’t sinc with out tv remote so had it use the sound bar remote to adjust sound and tv remote for everything else. Second day it started making a terrible noise so we took it back.

    I wanted to ignore the other reviews and believe I could make this work. It wouldn’t connect and kept making a loud buzzing noise. Guess you get what you pay for.

    The Soundbar, because it was Bluetooth, would not link up to my New Samsung 7 TV. It was like watching an old Godzilla movie. The voices and the mouths did not line up.

    I bought this for Thanksgiving. My TV had better sound than the speakers. Maybe it suits smaller rooms but definitely not a bigger living room.

    Loud noise from box trying to play streaming services. Insigniaproducts.com shows unit listing as defective. Returning to BB for different model. Price was ok.
