Easily rivals some of the more expensive bigger name brand soundbars. However, the space I'm using this in isn't very large so I cant really say if it would be just as good in an larger environment. I use it with my 65" Vizio and I actually downgraded from a 5.1 set up but I'm not really missing it because this soundbar does what I need, just the right amount of bass and nothing too fancy. I would recommend if your looking to just simply upgrade the sound from the basic tiny speakers that are built in to the TV.
