We got this sound bar to go with the TV we got our daughter. The sound enhanced the TV viewing experience. The only draw back was we could not get it to work with RCA cable. As soon as we got an optical cable it worked right away.

Needed to get for my brother who has no speakers for his new 4k screen and processor. Used mostly for gaming and music. Sound is clear and holds bass well. Granted he doesnt max out the bass setting. He is happy with this item.

Purchased for large bedroom due to TV having down firing speakers and couldn't hear sound. I couldn't afford what I really wanted. Got it on sale for $40.00. Sounds best on cinema mode with the bass boost.

this is my first soundbar and I am not one who requires theater sound quality...that being said I like this soundbar and think the quality and volume are very good...a definite upgrade over the tv speakers....had some trouble with the remote and just so you know insignia and best buy swapped me for a new one with no hassles....best price and top notch service when you need it...

This soundbar is very easy to set up and the sound is ok for 20w speaker depending on what sound selection you chose. Some sound better than others. Overall, it is average for a soundbar at the price I paid, which was $39.99.

The sound is great and it enhances anything you're watching. The only issue is that it is hard to turn on and off with the remote control. The sound bar itself works well.

I bought this because it was on sale; we use it for our spare room TV. We are very pleased (actually impressed) by the sound quality. It was easy to hook up to our TV. I also like that we can have the television off, but the cable box turned on and get sound. We do this for the dogs when we're not home. I would buy again.

For starters, I advise those interested in a soundbar to wait for a Best Buy deal of the day or a severe manufacture promotion or discount period. Soundbars such as this one are only great value when purchased at a discount. This soundbar can utilize digital optical audio input. You need to use a digital optical audio cable that is not included in the box. I initially used the included AV audio cables (the red and white with auxiliary connection) and it was just OK. However, when I went to the store and switched over to the digital optical...sooo much better audio quality. The overall depth and surround sound features were greatly enhanced with a higher quality connection.

Bought this as a door buster deal during Christmas (for myself) and you can not beat the features or the quality. For a small space (den) this is more than enough volume and with a bluetooth connect feature I can listen to music too!! The only draw back is that it does not have an automatic off feature and if I forget to power down it stays on all night and into the next day

I am not disappointed for the value, like the sound features. Standard your basic tv sound, theater that has that bass and news like that Dolby sound. Can’t complain. Works for my budget

This sound bar was easier to set up then my other one sound is great

Bought a new 50” tv with great picture but horrible audio. This sound bar was quite inexpensive on sale but made a world of difference in my tv’s audio. Very pleased with the boost in sound quality for the price. Very quick & easy to set up. I also like the Bluetooth option to play music from my portable devices.

Boought it to give my 50" Insignia tv better sound. Works great Sounds great. I have it sitting on a shelving unit next to the tv and it works exactly how I wanted it to. Makes watching Movies and streaming much better than the rear facing speakers on the tv. Would reccomend it for an inexpensive sollution for better sound.

Got this for like 40 bucks. Would buy again at that price. I use it to replace the tinny tv speakers, also the Bluetooth is very handy feature. That’s pretty much why it gets five stars. The “ui” is really basic and could be made easier to see which input it’s on. Sound is what I would expect at 40$.

This Soundbar is good. It enhances the volume of my T.V. (55 inch Insignia). The control light is difficult to discern unless we are right in front and standing above the Soundbar.
