The delivery person could not verify if the protection plan was included wh8I picked up the TV. 2. The protection plan was not added & when I tried to add it, I put my phone number in 10 times before I gave up. 3. The return procedure for products under warranty. My bluetooth is coming apart. I have a 3 year warranty & I'm having issue returning it. Over-All Best Buy is my favorite shopping place.

Your TV it comes with all the cords you need to hook it up to your TV and even works with Bluetooth!

Light weight, great sound
