Even by connecting it with the RCA cable it came with, you can still hear the surround sound feel to it. Only down side that it will crackle a little if you put it at max volume. Just put it max and you will enjoy the sound it provides.

Great Price and Value

It gives me a better quality sound than just the tv. My only complaint is that the digital optical cable wont click into place on the soundbar, so it won't engage or stay in place. I am using it with the RCA cables instead.

Disappointed

He couldn't even hook it up to our TV as it needs an additional audio cable which I was unaware of at time of purchase. Then, he got said cable and it makes a funny noise when turned on with the TV. It doesn't produce any sound from television. He tested the Bluetooth feature on his phone with it and it played music. But at full volume, was hardly loud. No small amount of bass, no quality, nothing. Just a lame speaker. I regret getting this as his "big gift" for Christmas and had he not thrown box away, I would have returned it and got my money back. I didn't want to get the cheapest available so found this which I thought for price would be decent. And we are extremely let down. Basically junk if you ask me.
