It’s ok a little better than the TV speakers would recommend

So a couple of things I didn’t like about this is when tv sits idle for a while this goes into shutdown mode and has to be reset to start and overall I thought the sound would be much better.price was reasonable

It’s not so much the product, but when I asked cus svc how difficult it was to hook up - seeing that it’s made by the same company as my tv, he said without hesitation, just plug it into the tv and to the cable box and wall outlet- that’s it - ok, so I bought it- NOPE NOT TRUE. Some kind of fancy syncing that I don’t understand..and worse when you add in a remote ..tried to follow directions- didn’t even understand them… I hate today’s technology

When using auxiliary input, unit goes into “power save” mode if there is a slight pause in music/conversation. Seems ok when using optical or Bluetooth.

Bad sound quality, sounds staticky, poor instructions, and no better than my TVs sound output

Sound quality is great for this price. But I didn’t get hdmi cable in the box.

I am unable to review this item, ad I cannot get it to work. Best buy wants to charge me 3.5 times the price I paid for it to come out and help me. I am unable to speak to my local store. The number I called is no help whatsoever. I am a retired man with health issues and no car to get to the store.

The price was great, the size is awesome but the sound quality was not that great. The TV speaker's give off a louder and more clear sound. The mini soundbar only allows a certain amount of volume and the compatibility with our Samsung 55" TV was not easy-to-use. We had to go back and forth with settings to allow use of the soundbar vs. the TV speaker. Will be returning.

it's acceptable and a good price. Volume control is not smooth

1 star for now since having trouble hooking up to my TV - to be fair it is an old TV - not a flat screen - but I recently successfully hooked up a new BluRay player and also have Roku hooked to the TV. I would return but the short return time passed faster than I realized. So right now I am frustrated. Tires me out just thinking of the effort to spend time on-line looking at videos for help.

TV quality speakers in a soundbar. The price should tell you everything, if you want upgraded sound spend a little more.

Sounds good but has an issue where it will stop all audio for 2seconds randomly it’s annoying

Difficult to pair with Xfinity & LG TV. Still unanable to work. for TV nor pairing.

It was a good deal I ran fast to the store and took it home BUT did not like that the sound do not go up I put it way up to 50 and it sounded like it was still low … Returned it quickly

I use an LG OLED42C3 as a monitor. It's a great screen, but the built-in speakers are, not surprisingly, pretty lame. It's attached to my computer via an HDMI cable. I attached the Insignia 2.0 Mini Soundbar via the optical out connection. I hadn't used an optical cable in years and I forgot to remove the cover so plugging in the cable didn't work at first. Oops. After reconfiguring the monitor to send the sound out using the optical interface, nothing happened. There are no indicator lights on the soundbar or on the remote so you kind of have to push buttons until the soundbar says "optical input". Then things started to work and it worked well. The remote isn't terribly responsive so sometimes you have to push buttons multiple times and wait a bit between presses, but that's not a major issue as I mostly control the volume using the on-screen controls. The sound bar itself does require the power cable to be bent at an angle which isn't ideal as it slightly tilts the bar forward. I love the bass. It really vibrates my desk. I'd recommend this soundbar.

Absolute garbage, when noise input is low it has a power saving feature that reduces/cuts low noise. example background noise and loud noise all good, quiet dialogue, cuts so often you have no clue whats happening

Awful. Constantly cutting out sound at the start of dialogue or whenever it feels like it.

We got this soundbar and it was too big to fit in front of our new tv. We returned it.

Gonna be returning really not that great. Sound not very good.

Best for use in a small room, with a small tv for best use
