I use it to go along with a tv I have setup with retro gaming. The sound is plenty powerful for a use like this. Definitely happy with this purchase. Would recommend.

Its BlueTooth if you want the sound. I wanted my computer to plug into the speakers and have sound coming out. It does not work that way. You can plug headphones in and get sound in the headphones. But you can't plug in a device and get sound from the speakers that way. BlueTooth Output only.

It sounds better than my built-in TV speakers, which is where my admittedly-low bar was set. It's probably no substitute for a more expensive and elaborate surround sound system, but for gaming and Netflix in a small apartment, it is good enough.
