Only issue I had was connecting to my work computer and no one could held. I ended up needing a splitter cable to convert headphone to aux. But otherwise I love these speakers, and the best buy brand!

For the money, it's good. It's not exactly audiophile quality. Bumped some serious tunes with my co-worker. I bought another one recently for home, and it loses volume randomly regardless if I am using the corded input or bluetooth (not a loose connection or anything like that). It just drops to a quarter or less of the volume it was set at. If I turn it off and back on, it goes back to the correct volume, but will drop again whenever. Disappointing. Best Buy support was great via the chat feature. The said I couldn't return it for cash but will exchange for like item or give me store credit. I'll take them at their word and hope they will honor that when I show up at the store to return it.

Only thing I wish they had was this in white with RGB like as well but with also white lines to match my setup better. Also these do have RGB but no white just Red, Blue, light blue, purple, yellow green you can let them run that way or you can pick which color or if you don’t want not lights you can cut it off

The subwoofer was a little disappointing. My left speaker stopped working recently, which happens, but I expected them to last a little longer. The bluetooth feature surprised me. It was easy to set up and use.

I had not trouble hooking them up and, though I don't particularly care for the LED lights, some would probably really like them. The sound is really good though, so that's what matters.
