    The speakers had good sound but now only one speaker works. All settings were reset and device was unpaired and repaired to no avail. Will not buy Insignia brand again.

    This bluetooth speakers are not good for bluetooth connection to your computer. The connection well drop on and off...no good!

    These didn't work straight out the box. One of the speaker cables had a short in it.

    The colored lights didn't work upon use and sound was crackly. Called support and was told to return the item to get a different one. They didn't have any more available when I returned the item so i just went for the refund and picked up a logitech brand instead which is what I should have done.

    I have had it for a few months and it is now starting to have this tick sound. It is turned on and nothing is plugged in and it has just got bad.

    Recently while listening to music after 2-5 min i hear static sound and I need to restart the computer, it is pain as you can imagine. I didn't want to spend lots of money on new computer speakers so I got this brand that was recommended by the sale person, and know Im going to get new speakers that are little more $$ but they will work .

    I wasn't expecting much given the price of the speaker but the audio quality is ridiculous. These are horribly overpriced for the quality of the sound. They could be $20 and I still wouldn't buy them again. I could put my phone in a cup and achieve the same level of sound these speakers provide. Please, do not buy these speakers

    I wouldn’t give this any star rating, but the review required me to offer one. Poor quality sound. Left speaker did not appear to work at all as I had no stereo sound. I returned this after less than one day. I purchased a Logitech, 3 speaker Bluetooth system for $30 more and it is gives me the sound I desire.

    I'm not sure if I received a defective pair of speakers, but I had multiple issues with these. The lights didn't work at all, the sound was constantly cutting out, and even when they "worked" the sound quality was awful. I immediately returned these and got some Logitech speakers which are amazing.
