    Had to go through unboxing and hooking everything up, just to find out only 1 speaker worked and the sub sounded bad. The 1 satellite speaker sounded okay and the lights did work otherwise.

    The lights and stuff make it look pretty cool, but once you put the speaker volume up, it starts crackling and then it stops working I had to return it because it was not good at all. Sound quality was absolutely not good for the price. Will get logitech instead.

    The speakers dont sound good especially at higher volume. The static is pretty bad and sounds aren’t clear.

    I bought this to use with my desktop PC. Its a good looking system but I have to go through the pairing process every time the screen saver comes on.

    This speaker system for $50 was outstanding. Then a month in, you get a buzzing sound. The bass block cuts in and out. Lights flicker. Laundry list of problems. Save the $50 and put it towards a quality product.

    The speakers had good sound but now only one speaker works. All settings were reset and device was unpaired and repaired to no avail. Will not buy Insignia brand again.

    This bluetooth speakers are not good for bluetooth connection to your computer. The connection well drop on and off...no good!

    I have had it for a few months and it is now starting to have this tick sound. It is turned on and nothing is plugged in and it has just got bad.

    The colored lights didn't work upon use and sound was crackly. Called support and was told to return the item to get a different one. They didn't have any more available when I returned the item so i just went for the refund and picked up a logitech brand instead which is what I should have done.

    didnt even last 2 months. only the subwoofer works now. the 2 desk speakers went out.

    Recently while listening to music after 2-5 min i hear static sound and I need to restart the computer, it is pain as you can imagine. I didn't want to spend lots of money on new computer speakers so I got this brand that was recommended by the sale person, and know Im going to get new speakers that are little more $$ but they will work .
