I paid 1/2 price as part of a package with a monitor but probably wouldn't buy this at full price. It's kind of cheap for a music lover but for plain ol speakers it's ok for the price.

I just got it yesterday. I went to test it out. 1: The right speaker does not work. 2: the speaker does not show up in my blue tooth devices on my tv. And I have a new tv too.

The first day I used these speakers they were awesome, but on the third day they started cutting out and making cracking noises. I would recommend wired speakers.

They sound ok, but are built cheaply. You have to run them over Bluetooth. Ok for a PC, but I can’t recommend them for anyone that cares about sound.

Expected better sound with the subwoofer. Looks and sounds sub par for regular price but at half off will keep and use.

Does not like to share dual streams with Bluetooth

This sound system connects the two satellite speakers and the subwoofer to their Bluetooth hub via wired connection, the hub then receives the signal from the transmitter. This is where my problem comes into play, my computer has the feature to dual stream to 2 receivers using Bluetooth 5.0 and one of those connections was the Insignia 2.1 speaker system and the other Bluetooth headphones. This has been my setup since mid-2018 as I like to turn down the volume of my sound system when I would want to use my Bluetooth headphones and vice-versa for other occasions. Prior to getting the Insignia I also had another Bluetooth sound system that played well with my Bluetooth headphones, however the Insignia does not like to be connected at the same time as my headphones and then loses the connection and thereafter needs to be reconnected in the control panel on the PC. The Insignia has been unpleasant to use for this persistent issue since using it and I'll be going back to my older Bluetooth sound system or something new when I find the right fit for my requirements.

I used it for connecting bluetooth with iphone and aux with tv, not great performance, but would say just a sufficient product.

i had bought two sets of these speakers and ended up returning them both due to failure. really wasn't pleased when i had to do it. they sounded good and worked well, but they stopped working after a bit, so that wasn't worth much in my book. both died within about a week.

Pretty good but not great. Speakers light weight, can be knocked around easily. Sub woofer control so so.

I bought these speakers for my classroom desk. Everything worked fine for about 10 days and then the speakers would not power back on. Had to exchange them and of course my local Best Buy did not have the same model in stock so I had to downgrade to the non Bluetooth model.

Sound quality is subpar on these. The sub stopped working a few weeks after purchase. Fairly inexpensive but not recommended for anything you want decent sound quality from. The Bluetooth works well enough.

Looks great but performance is not. I can live with the actual sound but the blue tooth looses its connection periodically. The volume knob is glitchy. Bass is okay. I wish I can take it and upgrade to another model.

So, you may be the in the need of speakers like these that will last you 77 days, like mine. The sound is fine, but after this relatively brief life, you've spent $58 (or 75¢ per day) for something that the Earth will not biodegrading for a few thousand years. You come home and notice the sound system is a little off, because suddenly there's no power going to the speakers. You experiment to make sure there's nothing awry with your own wiring and power, and realize you're stuck with out of return policy hulks of hopelessness. Obviously- Bose these are not. These are mass produced generics for BB, Caveat would be a better brand name than Insignia.

My speaker is worth the money until it has problem with the “multifunctional control pod”. It was broken, no sound and I have to roll it back and forward until the sound comes up again.
