    Horrible, waste of money, Going in the Trash

    I so regret this purchase. I knew I was rolling the dice on an Insignia product, but I thought, what the heck, its got good reviews, right? WRONG!!! Either they're bots or paid reviewers, because this pile-of-trash quit connecting to my laptop just after the return window. Now it sits on my desk collecting dust. I should have spent the extra $ and went with Logitech --- oh well, live and learn. Just purchased a new speaker system. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID. Stay far away from this piece-of-garbage.

    Stuttering Speakers

    These speakers have a terrible stuttering issue when connected using the Bluetooth function. For some reason they also won't connect to the onboard advanced sound card in my system. Unfortunately I didn't get a chance to test them out until it was too late to return them. If you buy these I would recommending hooking them up immediately to test in various audio scenarios so that you have time to take them back if you experience the same problem.

    The 2 computer speakers sound pretty bad and cheap, especially for listening to music. There's also a dongle that just looks messy imo. The subwoofer is wayyy too loud compared to the 2 speakers and really doesn't add any value. If you want something good, go for the Insignia™ - Powered Bookshelf Speakers (Pair) - Black That sounds amazing.

    Bass makes weird thumping noise. Not sure of it's a faulty unit ,but wouldn't recommend.

    This is not worth purchasing.. last 3 months its giving the problem and suddenly it stop with no voice. initially i thought its my laptop issue but when i connected another speaker its works perfectly. now the speaker is stopping more frequently

    For some reason audio had a bitcrushed effect when streamed via bluetooth. Aux audio worked intermittently but I figure its par for the course for most "Insignia" branded products. Stereo was free with monitor purchase. Meh. Don't buy it. Definitely not.

    These speakers didn't work correctly for me. The sub made an awful humming sound when plugged in. No matter what i tried, it would not go away unless they were turned off.

    I was expecting some great sound to come out of these based on reviews and chats with Best Buy staff. I have the volume turned up all the way and can barely hear anything from my turntable. This was a gift for my hubby. I’m so disappointed.

    This speaker system was purchased in September. Everything seemed fine in the beginning. It is now November and the static is unbearable. I am not pleased with my purchase.

    All of the people that posted positive reviews must have never owned a decent pair of speakers before. These sound dreadful. They are going back to Best Buy.

    The subwoofer sound good but the speaker you can barely hear it. The Aux connection port doesn't work. This will be great if this minor flaws are fixed.
