    Sound bar below TV is crooked. Sags to the right after install verses level TV. Subwoofer worked the day of installation but has never worked since. It’s plugged in & I even looked for a reset button. Help. Lots of money spent on the whole system.

      Hi, Thanks for your review. If the status LED behind the subwoofer is solid on, then the subwoofer is connected to the soundbar and should output audio. If the status LED is blinking, then please try to manually pair the sub by instructions in the QSG. If the LED is solid on but there's still no sound form the sub, please try unplug and plug back in the power. If it's still not working, you can try resetting the device by pressing the 'source' key for 10s when the soundbar is turned on.

    Like I said above sounds good for couple hours and then subwoofer stopped working tried everything to no avail, I think it would’ve been okay if it continued to work. Watch your return times I just made mine on the last day or I would have been stuck with a useless piece of junk
